Sending Access Credentials

When it comes to sending access credentials (aka usernames and passwords) it is recommended that you use a secure note to send this information.

Cap Web Solutions’ recommends using a secure, encrypted, one-time-use-only note service, such as 1ty.me. 1ty.me allows you to create and send a secure note right from their website, or you can copy and paste the secure note link into the form below.

Here’s what you do. Click the 1ty.me link and follow these steps to create your secure note:

  • Enter the login information (web address, username, password, etc.) into the grey box as a note.  You can enter all of the information into one note.
  • Press the green ‘Generate Link’ button.
  • Copy the link using the ‘Copy Link’ button
  • Paste that link into the form below and send it to me

Once you have gathered all the access information (and tested that it works – thank you) create the 1ty.me secure and send it to us. You can use this little form below to send us the link.

"*" indicates required fields

Please provide the address of the website this note is related to, if applicable.

Note that the link you are creating is a one-time view link. After it is opened once, it can never be opened again – please don’t be tempted to open the link and verify everything is in there.

It works. Trust me.
